The whirlpool was a nice touch.

Our stay was very frustrating. Despite requesting early check-in weeks in advance, it never happened. We had a Christmas party to attend and were forced to wait until 4:00 PM to check in. We had to scramble to get ready in our car, which was unbelievably inconvenient.

The carpets in pet-friendly rooms are questionable!!! It's unsettling knowing other dogs have roamed here. Also, having to fetch a towel from the front desk while wrangling kids is a hassle and needs improvement!!!

Absolutely loved the spacious King Suite—so clean and comfy. They even had a cute towel dog waiting for us! The overall vibe was cozy, making it a fab spot for our two-night stay.

The noise from the hockey team next door was so loud I half expected them to take up residence in my suitcase! A bit of sound control wouldn’t hurt, right?

The front desk staff were like a breath of fresh air—super friendly and helpful! Plus, the breakfast spread was surprisingly good—those waffles were like. the highlight of my morning! !
